Most English fairy tales begin with ‘Once upon a time, in a kingdom far, far away, there was…' Most of them also end with ‘And they lived happily ever after…' But we never know if they have children in the end!
A reading contest is organized in your class! Choose one of the excerpts above and get prepared to read it in front of ‘the judges'. You can practice by listening to the excerpts on the web. Pay attention to stresses and accents to make your story more interesting!
